It takes only a few minutes to join our naSmiles loyalty program. Simply complete the online form to register. Remember to sign up for the flynas newsletter so you don’t miss out on any special offers
naSmiles Benefits
There are two naSmiles tiers and each features tailored benefits. Once you’ve registered, you automatically start out on the Basic Tier and receive a virtual naSmiles card. On this level, you can start collecting miles with every flynas flight. You also get priority notifications about exclusive deals and a 10% discount on any excess baggage.
When you’ve accumulated 15,000 miles, you ascend to our Prime Tier where we bump up the rewards and benefits. At this level, you get 500 complimentary welcome miles and another 500 on your birthday.
Other Prime membership perks include complimentary priority check-ins, 20% off on any excess baggage, and a whopping 50% off on price-lock offers. You also get free seat selection and lounge access.
The great news is that, although air miles points expire, they are valid for up to 12 months, giving you a whole year to use them. However, you cannot transfer air miles to passengers who are not naSmiles members. But, a naSmiles member can redeem or spend their miles for other naSmiles passengers.
